modelling if this approach
is used to obtain subjective values for utilities and constraints under different
conditions. However,105,jordan 11, a match has to be found between the specification of the
game and some real-world set of constraints and utilities under which personal
financial decisions operate. This turns out to be less a question of external validity
and more one of matching against what is known about the distribution of a
particular economic behaviour.
An alternative approach to experimental economics has also developed which
aims to incorporate some psychological theory into an experimental economics
approach. Informed by theories of bounded rationality,174,jordan 11 for sale, brainstem, this approach suggests that
decision-making is best understood not as the ineffectual application of standard, logical operator, authentic jordans,JL4eRDCS whether catch R8vPAHgT,
logical reasoning but of a variety of heuristics. The heuristics are common modes
of reasoning which lead to a variety of biases in both the processing of information
and the making of inferences. This challenges the economist鈥檚 assumptions
concerning rationality in economic decision-making and replaces them with a
psychological account of rationality assumptions. This would place psychological
experimentation in a position of challenging the assumptions of economic models
and offering 鈥榩sychologically real鈥\x99 alternative assumptions rather than filling out
the values for constraints and utilities.
