浦西老城的很多老高层有无可能外立面整体修缮一遍？

Europe is glorified too much. In parts of Europe, people can hardly afford housing anymore. Especially in Germany. If you look at the construction projects in Austria, you get depressed. One residential bunker after another is being built there. Without design. They are simply monofunctional places where people have to be satisfied that they have a roof over their heads. In China, on the other hand, great architecture is created. I don't know if the houses in China are that great. But many skyscrapers or schools, kindergartens, cafes and the like have a fantastic design. Where is great housing being built in Europe? If you look to Paris, you can find luxury apartments built in a traditional style. New York is building great luxury apartments in skyscrapers. But then Asia actually comes. Seoul for example or Bangkok. I think that, in general, normal housing construction is not that attractive worldwide. Luxury housing is more attractive.

Another example...in eastern Germany, old building facades were renovated. The optics are deceiving. People who are poor now live in well-preserved old buildings. Does that sound reasonable? Some people will ask whether facades are more important than the people who live behind them.

I mean, Shanghai is a beautiful city. For me she is the most beautiful thing on earth. A queen. And the older facades will definitely be renovated at some point. Or torn down. Maybe some facades will also be considered cult? When I was younger, I was bothered by facades that I find exciting today. As you get older you perhaps give things and changes more time.

Basically, people complain in every city in the world.

Shanghai is developing quite well. Not every single house has to be perfect at the same time. People age too. Some people fade, others become interesting with age. Maybe it's the same with houses. I don't know it. I just wanted to give my two cents on it .

国外丑丑旧旧的老住宅楼也不少，或者外面光鲜里面一塌糊涂。 不过国外人口摆在那里，住宅高楼总数就少，偏低矮的多，你看不到而已，国内人是太了解自己，对他国的了解却是皮毛，容易一叶障目，常住国外就指知道了

九龙为什么要除外九龙就是所谓的老高层住宅聚集区啊，讨论的就是老高层住宅，把老高层住宅都除外了那就没有讨论意义了。
